When we make the decisions to heal, it is also a time for us to find a community to help us along. We are social beings made to interact and find connection, let's connect!

Writer

I have found writing to be therapeutic and healing for my soul, in revealing my heart to the world I have found many people all over the globe who not only share my experiences, but share my desire for healing.

Birth Worker: Doula and Birth Educator

Nothing has enriched my life more than the experience of growing life and giving birth to it. It has been the greatest gift and most transformative time of my life.

Because of the support and love I had during my pregnancies and births, I realized how many women didn't share the same joy when it comes to reflecting back to their birthing experience.

Seeing this reality in our society has brought me to birth work, I want mothers to feel connected to their bodies. I want them to experience healing through giving life. And I hope to show them how wonderful and powerful their bodies really are.

My Approach

Seminars and Workshops: I have experience working with religious and nonreligious organizations to facilitate an experience that is people centered and aimed at providing hope to those who are hurting.

It is through compassionate care and social awareness that we can foster an environment of openness and healing to those who need it most. I try to make my workshops inclusive and open to all who may attend regardless of gender, sex, nationality and economic standing.

Doula Services and Birth Education: All services are free to teen and "at-risk" people who are pregnant.

My approach is to ready expectant parents for the physiological changes occurring during pregnancy. I provide studies and evidence based care to my clients. During birth I am a support person who will work with my client and their family to ensure the process is not overwhelming and an enjoyable experience. Postpartum services are to help parent adapt to new roles as a family and to make the transition a smooth one!

A doula and birth educator isn't a medical provider. We provide information and support to families. Any decisions regarding your pregnancy is yours, and any health concerns need to shared with your care provider.
I work closely with medical providers and hope to support the client emotionally through their birth journey.

My services are inclusive and respect an individual's gender, sex, nationality, and economic standing.
